ВПЛИВ ПЕРЕДМОДИФІКУВАЛЬНОГО ІНОКУЛЮВАЛЬНОГО ОБРОБЛЕННЯ РОЗПЛАВУ НА СТРУКТУРОУТВОРЕННЯ ТОНКОСТІННИХ ВИЛИВКІВ ІЗ ВИСОКОМІЦНОГО ЧАВУНУ

Хімічний склад високоміцного чавуну є одним з основних факторів регулювання мікроструктури та необхідного рівня його механічних властивостей. Забезпечення однорідного розподілу великої кількості кулястих графітових вкраплень у мікроструктурі чавуну є важливою складовою технології отримання розплаву. Досліджено вплив передмодифікувального оброблення як фактору підсилення інокулювальної складової структуроутворення при отриманні виливків із високоміцного чавуну, зокрема тонкостінних, які виготовлено із застосуванням сфероїдизувального модифікування розплаву комплексною феросиліцій- магній-кальцієвою лігатурою у ковші. Як реагенти для попереднього оброблення використано графітовий порошок, феросиліцій ФС75 та модифікатори на його основі, що містять барій і кальцій. Встановлено, що найбільшу ефективність попереднього оброблення розплаву в печі забезпечує графітовий порошок. Його додавання в піч знижує схильність чавуну до відбілу, запобігає утворенню структурно-вільного цементиту у виливках з мінімальною товщиною стінки 5 мм та забезпечує феритизування металевої основи. Показано, що таке передмодифікувальне оброблення сприяє інтенсифікації утворення центрів зародження графіту (кількість графітових вкраплень збільшується у 2–2,5 рази) з підвищеним ступенем його сфероїдизування та дисперсністю (розміри зменшуються у 1,5–2 рази) у виливках з товщинами стінок від 3 до 10 мм. Визначено, що попереднє оброблення вихідного розплаву дозволяє сформувати більш однорідну структуру з рівномірним розподілом включень кулястого графіту, що є передумовою для підвищення механічних властивостей високоміцного чавуну на 15–30 %. Відсутність цементиту в мікроструктурі виключає проведення операції графітизувального відпалу, що забезпечує економію до 150 кВт·год електроенергії на 1 т литва.
