ОБҐРУНТУВАННЯ ВИБОРУ ВИСОКОКРЕМНИСТОГО СПЛАВУ НА ОСНОВІ ЗАЛІЗА ДЛЯ ВИГОТОВЛЕННЯ ЦАРГ РЕКТИФІКАЦІЙНИХ КОЛОН. ОГЛЯД

Експлуатацію ректифікаційних колон у цехах сушіння сірчистого газу супроводжує екстремальний корозійний вплив концентрованої сірчаної кислоти (H2SO4) та ангідридів при температурах до 100–120 ºC. Звичайні нержавіючі сталі в таких умовах демонструють незадовільну стійкість, що призводить до частих аварійних зупинок. Використання висо- кремнистих чавунів (феросиліцидів) є технологічно виправданим, проте потребує суворого обґрунтування складу та структури через їх високу крихкість. Встановлено, що для формування суцільної захисної плівки діоксиду кремнію SiO2, здатної до самовідновлення, вміст кремнію в залізистій матриці має становити 14,5–15,5 % (марка ЧС15). Нижчий вміст кремнію призводить до точкової корозії, вищий — до критичного окрихчення відливок. Доведено, що традиційний пластинчастий графіт є головним чинником передчасного руйнування царг через «ефект гніту» (капілярне проникнення кислоти вглиб металу). Рекомендовано перехід до точкового або кулястого графіту шляхом модифікування розплаву, що знижує швидкість корозії у 3–5 разів. Для стабілізації пасивного стану при температурних коливаннях та роботі з «брудними» технічними кислотами обґрунтовано доцільність легування 1 % Mo та 1 % Ni (Fe15Si). Молібден зміцнює оксидний шар проти дії хлоридів, а нікель подрібнює зерно, покращуючи механічну витривалість фланцевих з’єднань. Впровадження легованого високремнистого сплаву замість базових марок дозволяє збільшити міжремонтний інтервал обладнання з 4 до 8–10 років. Попри зростання вартості сировини на 25–30 %, сумарні витрати на володіння знижуються на 35 % за рахунок відсутності аварійних простоїв та зменшення кількості замін дороговартісних секцій колон.
