THERMOPHYSICAL MODEL OF CASTING ON FOR GASIFIED MODELS USING AERODYNAMIC MOVEMENT FORMING MATERIAL IN CONTAINER

The article proposes the heat exchange mechanism of casting with molding material particles during their aerodynamic movement. According to this mechanism the molding material particles move in the volume of the molding material layer and periodically contact the casting surface, taking heat from the casting and carrying it deep into the layer. The thermophysical model of contact heat exchange is proposed, which presumes, during the contact, the heat transfer from the casting to the particle through the contact area and through the gas interlayer.
