PRODUCTION PROCESS STUDY POLYSTYRENE FOAM MODELS WITH MACRO-REINFORCING ELEMENTS
Keywords:
expanded polystyrene model, reinforcing phase, die-mold, autoclave, sintering, densityAbstract
In the article the scheme and features of process of manufacturing of foam polystyrene models with macro-reinforcing phase by an autoclave method are given. Investigation of the sintering process of reinforced models in an autoclave showed that with increasing thickness and weight of the reinforcement, the sintering time of the model increases.
